Photo project 4

I find this time of year brilliant for colours and am taking countless photographs trying to fulfil the brief, I have a few that I like but I am concerned that they might not be acceptable. I suppose that my question is: would for instance a clear shot of red berries on a bush with the rest of the picture being a blurry background in the distance be acceptable?

Like the ones below for instance:

Or do I have to absolutely place an object (which does not belong to the scenery) or a person in front of a scene?

Many thanks for letting me know.

Christine

Christine, either of your examples here would be acceptable for the project. The theory is to ensure that your camera focuses sharply on a subject on the extreme edge of the frame, so a plant or flower is fine.

Regards,

David.

Many Thanks David for your quick reply!

Will now endeavour to pick what I think is my best photograph.... a few more shots perhaps before I submit!... am becoming so picky...
